Yep, if you want to be in control of the team that's the only way. It will only take 20 Minutes longs tho so it's not that bad...

start it before 20 minutes and don´t have even 10 % .... sry can´t afford that with my job and school etc.

It is a painful chore. Booth does he really have to remake all the trades, or can he just simply add the players he needs to form the roster we have now? Why is every single trade necessary to remake? It took me at least half an hour, it will take him longer.

I understand. If you do take over you only have to check once a day, this game shouldn't take over your life. If you don't want to that's fine (I know what exam time is like) but if you choose to do it you don't need to be on here more than once a day, some GM's choose to be on here all the time, all you need is the occasional check in.

But again, it's totally up to you, don't feel like you have to take over for me.

Yes. First off thanks for volunteering. So here's what you need to know:

1. Done95 will be your AGM, he and I are on the same page as to what we want from this team so you would be wise to take advantage of his time here in Montreal.
2. If you have not already, please go to the information thread and read the post regarding new GM's this will tell you everything you need to know, regarding setting up your team.
3. I have the right to submit a 7 player protected list, this list will be submitted tonight and will include all the player you may not trade.
4. Lastly MTL has weakness on their RW and LHD, I encourage you work to fill those holes. Also as you can probably see I value youth highly, so just keep that in mind.

But most importantly, enjoy your time, don't be scared to make trades, and I hope you improve MTL in the two weeks given to you . I look forward to seeing what you accomplish when I return on the 22nd. Again thanks for doing this.

Ok sounds like a challenge I hope i dont botch entirely. I will get the team put together tonight and start being active tomorrow to try to improve if at all possible.

Alright, no pressure, remember it's only a game I'm not going to loose my mind if you make a bad trade . Just have fun.
