I was going to tease you by citing CapFriendly Rule #1: If you can't spell him, you can't have him, but you've corrected yourself.

Moritz Seider was considered a stretch at #5, but look how he turned out. You could well be right about Reinbacher.

This was a rumoured potential trade during the deadline and I'm just going based off of that. Since miller is most likely not going to be traded due to his resurgence, the pens front office seemed to be interested in boeser, and if you guys don't make the playoffs I could see some major changes especially upfront. Seems like people around the NHL and especially in the penguins front office believe he would flourish on their team.

No it wasn’t. The pens were interested in Miller, not Boeser. GMRH said the pens were never in talks for Boeser.
