Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Tried to make this as realistic as I can (still very unrealistic)
I'll put all my reasoning on trades in additional details and put reason for all signings, buyouts, line changes etc in here.
*Fixed Kapanen and Krug trades. More realistic this time lol*
Scandella sucks so buyout

Brown hasn't really had the chance to provide any offensive so he would take this prove-it deal and this is a low-risk, possible high-reward for the blues.

A prove-it deal for perunovich. I'm a big fan of perunovich but hasn't proved much yet so a prove-it deal is needed.

Don't know much about samorukov but could pan out so a small deal and have him stay in the minors for the first year.

Toropchenko is a very physical forward for the Blues and provides decent offense. I don't think he would get much more money else where. Seems like the players like him so he would probably sign for a decent amount of term.

I really like Tucker's game and think for his first big contract he would probably take this deal. Could be a staple on the blue line.

Snuggard has been elite with Minnesota this year in the NCAA. I have him already in the lineup because I truly think he's NHL ready.

O'Reilly will probably be wanting to come back this year and after a poor year blues sign him to just a $4M deal. He probably gets higher offers elsewhere but takes a paycut so he can stay in STL.

With signing Reaves the blues bring back a fan favorite. Reaves is having his best year yet so he will probably want a little more money than his $1.75M cap hit. Blues raise it to a $2M deal.

Blues bring back Pitlick to just add some depth as the 13th forward incase of injuries to any of the forwards.

Fwd Line 1
Buchnevich-Schenn-Kyrou
-Just keeping it simple here. I think they all work well.

Fwd Line 2
Vrana-Thomas-Snuggard
-Snuggard is probably a surprise to most but I think he's going to be a great player and it's great way to start his NHL career by having one of the NHL's best playmakers in Thomas and a great goal scorer with Vrana.

Fwd Line 3
Neighbours-O'Reilly-Toropchenko
-Neighbours needs to have a chance to get to his potential and O'Reilly should lead him. Torop adds his physical game to the line.

Fwd Line 4
Blais-Brown-Reaves
-This line is a very physical fourth line. Wish I could have had Blais farther up but here he lands. Blais will probably add the most offense for the line.

Def Line 1
Martinez-Faulk
-Martinez defensive game matches well with Faulk's offesnive d game.

Def Line 2
Perunovich-Parayko
-Young Perunovich gets a mentor in Parayko. Parayko's 2-way game should go well with Perunovich's high flying offensive d game.

Def Line 3
Leddy-Tucker
-Tucker plays his physical defensive game and Leddy plays the playmaker game.

Goalies
Binnington
Hofer
- I have Binnington starting but if he has poor plays and Hofer plays like he has the in the two appearances so far in this 2022-23 season then I have Hofer finishing the year as the starting like what happened with Husso and Binner in the 2021-22 season.

Captain: Brayden Schenn
Alternate Captains: O'Reilly, Thomas, Parayko, Faulk
-Might be a shock with Schenn as captain and not O'Reilly but I see O'Reilly leaving if he has another down year. O'Reilly has the A for the year and same A's with the addition of Faulk.
