Agreed. Particularly since Tex is just a younger, cheaper, better version of Wood (i.e. a B6 F). Seems unnecessarily redundant. Same with Killorn - why are we signing him and bumping Marchenko to the 4th line? That's just a huge step back.

To wit, that Tex trade severely undervalues him - he was getting 1st+ asks/ offers before he got injured last year.

I'd love that Matheson trade, but I'd be surprised if MTL sold him for that low.
