Just trying to tweak the Oilers roster based on who's available, prices might need a bit of adjustment.

JvR for Yamamoto. Not sure if either side needs to add picks. I've read Philly was looking for a 2nd and a 3rd and figure with Yam still being an RFA at the end that the value would be reasonably close. Not sure if I'm under or over valuing Yam.

Bjugstad would be a nice depth centre at a reasonable cap hit. Not sure what the market is like on him.

Don't know if Benning would be available out of SJ. Can't imagine he's untouchable but they probably aren't wanting to get rid of him considering they recently extended. I'm just thinking the Oilers need another tough to play against RHD for playoff depth.

Cap compliant with a 20 man roster with Holloway/Shore/Broberg/Desharnais for playoff scratches and/or swapping out with the bottom end of the roster. Could also explore third party retained on JvR (not sure how to do that in capfriendly).
