Same as it's been for weeks now: 23 1st, Blues take a UFA contract (Blais is fine), Robertson or Sikora for Tarasenko max retained.

I think 2nd + 3rd sounds right.
Add a bit for 50% retention.

I think you missed my point. Tarasenko is an aging injury-risk. Would be hard for teams to pay 100 cents on the dollar when there are numerous other options out there.

Remember in August 2021 Devils walked away from deal after seeing his medical records. I cannot imagine they were only team.

Where was that at? The report with the devils. And I did miss your point. But it’s a discretion between a first line winger and a 2nd line winger. Now certainly with how things have transpired post trade Zuccarello has exceeded that 2nd line status.
