Murray is not coming to Buffalo

Murray already rejected one trade to Buffalo on draft day. After this even if he did want to come here I would still rejected the trade .

Buffalo doesn’t need a fourth goaltender, even if Murray were going to come this time.

Sabres GM has put a BIG emphasis on only bringing in guys who wanna be here- and shipping out those who don’t (Eichel, etc)

Murray blocked a deal to Buffalo right before he was traded to the Leafs
So that pretty much ends ANY CHANCE at all that he’d ever play here while Adams remains our GM

Even if he was free, i think we’d still pass


Plus, we aren’t looking for a goalie anymore
UPL has come up & been great since a rough first few games
He’s 12-4-1 in his last 17
And we have Comrie signed to back him up next year,
with more good young goalie talent coming

There’s just no way at all we’d have any interest in Murray at this point
