Ya I was trying to figure that out. About 8m left to sort out backup goalie, Fabbro, and the bottom 6 next year. I don't think it's impossible but tight.

Glass, Novak, Jeannot, and Carrier all need new contracts too.

Outside Carrier, are any deserving of more than a bridge/prove it type deal? I see them as good bottom 6 guys that shouldn't be looking at big money.

I Glass probably gets somewhere around 2x2. Jeannot could be getting between 2.5 and 3m.

then i think we may just look elsewhere

I think to give up a 2nd, we’d need to get someone who is a bigger upgrade over Jokiharju, & i think Schenn is just a slight upgrade (*if at all, i know our Mgmt really likes Jokiharju)

Murphy from Chicago was a fan favorite upgrade for a while,
but idk how much of an upgrade he is either

I think it’s more important for us to being in a solid LD to stabilize our 3rd pair
A guy gaining steam lately has been McCabe from Chicago
He was a former Sabre who would seemingly be a good fit for us
