How has Jones looked this season? I like the idea of getting younger, but I'm not sure how I feel about a smaller defensemen.

Glad you asked!! He’s best attribute is PP QB imo. EK65 could mentor him. Hes basically Nils Lundqvist but LH. Small yes but very shifty. Hard to hit.

Don't see that being nearly enough to interest the Canucks, much less retain on him.

We would benefit off a 2nd PP QB. But it would be great to pickup another RH... how's his defensive play? I don't mind the trade so far since we'll likely get Knyzhov back who paired well with EK65. Then would put Jones on our 3rd pairing with Ferraro

I’m just not sure what Vancouver wants with Beauvillier tho. He is what he is and it isn’t spectacular. And if they move Demko (as rumored) they need a goalie of the future. Garand is from Vancouver and is highly touted

Gauthier needs more ice time, he has a lot in his toolbox. I’d prefer keeping him

First 2 are fair. Cannot afford Beau next year and Garand is a keeper

Id sign up for Beau at under 3 million tho. We need a win now RW not someone we need to wait longer for (Kravtsov) imo

Next year as is we are -2m with bad depth. Beau in at 3m means 4m has to go out. Same boat, but weaker. Impossible fit and certainly not an upgrade
