Now we’ll either just miss the playoffs or be a first round exit, lose our top prospect, a chance to pick a guy in the strongest draft since 2015, and potentially have the guy we traded for walk in free agency. Also, as a person who is unfamiliar with both Horvat and the Islanders, is Horvat the type of player that the Islanders need? He seems to be another player with good skating, good hands, and a lethal shot from in close and a bit further out.
