1 - Yeah, probably. And now suddenly he's started scoring goals again, which given his shooting history was only a matter of time.

2 - I would not go that far. Tarasenko should absolutely fetch a 1st. I can't imagine why that would even be a debate, to be frank.

Trying to manage my expectations I guess, he was better yesterday but was an eyesore when I saw him live on Tuesday (obviously first game back but still.) Mr. Barbashev is playing some real inspired hockey lately, there’s gonna be a big bidding war there.

Hmm. For his first game in almost a month, he was pretty damn good against Buffalo for me. Had like 10 shot attempts and was driving play even if his finishing didn't complete the job. No one on the team was even close to him in xG and we outshot them when he was on the ice.

This is true, a lot of shaky plays though and I thought his linemates had excellent games. I reallyyyyy hope we can get another one for him, but I’m just gonna let it play out. I’m thinking NYR is best bet for him, Pittsburgh best for Barbs (would he extend there?) and then we’ll see about ROR. I’m guessing it’s a surprise team for him. I think it would be dumb to not trade all of them.
