Markstrom is purely an asset. Flip him for something you really need. I'm sure a vezina caliber goalie can get you a first and a prospect at the very least

1. Sutter was just re-signed to an extension that hasn't even started yet, ownership is cheap they won't allow a firing
2. Markstrom has a full NMC, he's not going anywhere without his approval
3. St. Louis is already spending 6M on inconsistent goaltending, why would they double down?
4. If we run Markstrom out of town we can pretty much guarantee Lindholm and Tanev will walk too
5. Bruce isn't the solution to the teams problems

Thats not exactly accurate, take the game against the Hawks the other day. Markstrom was fantastic l, yet let in 4 goals because Calgary gave probably 15 odd man rushes that game and were completely dominated all over the ice. Whereas last night Calgary gave up maybe 2 with Vladar in net
