That aside, what do you think about the trade? As a flyers fan I have a very hard time gauging Provorov's perceived value from other teams' perspectives.

Provorov would have been great with Matt Roy, and losing Campbell making the cap easier next season. The value isn't the issue, it's that you can't sell high on Provorov any longer to major market teams without those teams encountering some backlash, which means less suitors, which means his value is no longer anywhere near this.
