RHD is low in supply in Ottawa, What do you think it is in Detroit? We've no RD within or organization outside of Seider, Hronek and Lindstrom. Detroit is in no position to trade a top 4 RHD for DeBrincat if he wants to come home we can sign him in 2024. We're not giving up assets for him right now.

If that's all debrincat costs then yeah Detroit does it,

Trading Cat for him is obviously insane, but Hronek has been much better defensively this season. Only 25, Ottawa could do a LOT worse this offseason in terms of a Dman.

They could do a lot of worse if they just acquire one but if they trade Debrincat then I’d expect better
