Parise value is fine, Fasching is probably a little optimistic, but I think you're severely underrating Mayfield here. He's getting some of the hardest minutes on the team this year, and GSVA has valued him pretty highly as a defender - when you add in the fact that his cap hit can be retained to below the league minimum, I have to think that you're in Manson/Chiarot return territory here. Getting a 2nd three years away and a 5th this year would be a very underwhelming return for him.
