Ask yourself why Columbus is trading Gavrikov at all, and then ask yourself what value Engvall and Holl would have to the Blue Jackets.

Frank Seravalli reports that Chicago's ask for McCabe at full cap is a second, a third and a good prospect, so this offer barely qualifies for that (Joey Anderson is a nullity); with retention, it's a first. Therew's nothing I've seen that would contradict that evaluation.
