Imo they have Clarke and Spence coming as well as Durzi there. McCabe would make a good pairing with either of these players cuz they’re all offensive guys and he’s defensive, the only guy he wouldn’t make sense with is Roy

They should've relocated years ago and cashed in. I'll never understand why the league (Betman) is so reluctant to move this franchise to a city that wants them. Is Betman just unwilling to admit that keeping the Yotes in Arizona is a folly?

What better way to improve marketing and outreach than to move the team to a city that will embrace those objectives? Seattle and Vegas have done a great job at attracting new fans, mostly b/c the resident were receptive. It didn't work in Atlanta and it's not working in Arizona. You can't force hockey down peoples' throats.

Arizona has really been Bettman's pet project to try and make the team work in that city; he's given them more chances that other teams. Atlanta had terrible ownership and was moved to Winnipeg at the first opportunity. He's letting them play out of a 5000 seat arena without a potential replacement actually confirmed. Logically they should've been relocated years ago; but doing so would be admitting failure. I wouldn't be shocked if even if they end up vetoing this arena, there would be some excuse to keep them around there.
