Yeah, exactly. Not a cap dump (Smith) and plummeting prospect at a position the Blues are already well stocked and especially not a 1st pushed off 2 1/2 years.

THat's what I'm saying........Smith needs to be included to make the cap work, but I agree with your other points. Prospect needs to be much better, and an other pick added

Make it a 2024 1st and keep the 4th/5th and I think that's a fair deal for both sides

Not at all sure why the Blues are adding. And even without it, this offer would be begging to be beat.
