Canes pass real quick. You're unlikely to get either of these players out of Raleigh. Carolina loves KK, he's a long-term Staal replacement. Moving a long-term answer at C for an answer at C that lasts 2 months is poor asset management. As for Morrow, he'll break any deal outright. Horvat would also likely have to come with an extension because Carolina does not do rentals. Something like Drury, 2023 1st, Coghlan is a much more realistic starting point from the Canes. When you say that's not enough for the Canucks, you will realize why there is no deal to be made between the Canes and Canucks for Horvat.
