unless avs trade someone away or go on LTIR for the rest of the season, they cant do this move this season. Hayes would have to be retained at 50% for a fighting chance ot make it work this season

Offseason there is a better chance of that type of move, depending on the cap situation

Take out the last 2 trades and I think this would be close to a best case scenario while being fair in trade value, cap compliance for the other teams would be the big question though
