Nashville is not trading a first (even if it is top 10 protected), one of our mid tier prospects to dump Ryjo. His contract isn’t that long anyway.

Hawks can still get one the Rangers two first round picks for Kane. I’d keep Kaner vs taking that pkg. I’d say the higher of the 2 firsts, plus a prospect like Zac Jones and / or Kravtsov. At least 2 of those 3 pieces.

Hawks don't get a 1st for McCabe and/or a 2nd for Stalock. a 2nd isn't a cheap price especially for a team who has 2 G already. u could maybe get a 4th for him and maybe a 2nd for mccabe

Or Nashville could open up 5M in cap for 2 seasons to get past some difficult cap issues by buying out johansen and save the 1st and prospect
