Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Trade 1: Holloway or bourgault? not sure which one chicago would want and edmonton would want to keep. puljujarvi probably has negative value.

Trade 2: Dont think the money works but who cares. Toews isnt worth that much anyways, plus hes from winnipeg. Any 4th liner with a second works

Trade 3: ottawa has to give up a first and a prospect to get rid of zaitsev. First is pretty valuable cause taking on zaitsev is going cost something. Seems a bit uneven. Maybe a better prospect like thompson or docker? probably not grieg. or get rid of anthanisiou and replace with a different filler player?

1. Hawks would prefer Holloway. Oilers might include Bourgault.
2. Value is ok. Probably slanted in Winnipeg's favor. I only say this cause Toews has been really good so far this year.
3. That's not enough to take on Zaitsev and give up Murphy. Unless Sokolov is a really good prospect. Murphy is worth a 2nd and a good prospect. So that leaves the difference in value between a 2nd and 1st to take the Zaitsev cap dump (which should take a 2nd) and Sens still get AA.

Kane isn't the right target for the Oilers they don't really have trouble scoring. They are tied for 3rd most goals per game even with underachieving bottom 6.

If CHI weren't taking back all that cap, I would agree. If EDM can find another place to move Foegele and PJ to, I would probably take Bourg and a 1st for Kane 50% retained. But, EDM probably isn't the place for Kane anyway. So, it doesn't really matter.

Ottawa is not giving up an unprotected 1st for Murphy even if Zaitsev is included.. Murphy would probably be had for a 2nd + and Zaitsev can be shipped out for a 2nd in the offseason with 1 year left on his contract.
