Even if it's like 2nd or 3rd overall and another top 10 pick or even the 2nd AND 3rd overall pick, I honestly still think it would take more. You could probably allow Davidson to pick MTL's roster, pipeline, and draft assets apart like a buffet, taking whatever he wants, and I still think don't think he would do it. Not that there isn't a point where he would at least have to consider it, but he seems dead set on drafting and developing from within, and not taking any short cuts.
