Minnesota has played their way back into the conversation. I think a 2nd round pick would be worth giving up to have Reimer as insurance in case Fleury dips or gets hurt, or Gustavsson does the same - not sure how Gustavsson has been faring but I'd rather have a veteran like Reimer in there for a playoff run.

Gustavsson has been stellar this year and his stats blow Reimer out of the water. He has looked every bit what you'd expect from your 1B/Backup goaltender thus far.

Fleury's number look worse than they actually are. They're skewed from the first three games when he AND THE TEAM allowed 20 goals through their first 9 periods of the season and from his first game back from injury. He's otherwise been extremely solid for us this year.

The Wild have a fair amount of issues, but goaltending isn't one of them.

Thanks for the report on Gustavsson. If he's finally becoming comfortable in the NHL, a 2nd probably isn't worth giving up then.
