the way Chytil has been playing, it's gonna take more than that to get him signed into his UFA years...and he is arb eligible this year. I'm thinking 5.5 X 5.
As far as Krav...not sure why they would want to pay more than min salary to sit on the bench. And I'm not familiar with the pay scales in Europe/KHL...but if he's offered anything near a minimum NHL contract- he'll sign over there. At least he'll get a chance to play, develop, and build his value for his next contract.
