That is a truck load for a rental, and I don't want to extend him. Not worth that cost for a somewhat one-dimensional forward. Doesn't fit the two way hockey culture of the forward group all that well. Obviously an upgrade and i'm nitpicking but going for someone who will be priced on the market as a rental and not as a sign and trade, like ROR who fits better anyways, makes way more sense.

Now the tests will come when they face the Avs and have rematches with the Lightning, Devils, Canes, and Bruins.
