Panarin shouldn't really be on this team. Idk if he's still rated but he was one of the top-rated wingers not too long ago. Krug seems like a questionable one to me as well but I think he's more likely to be underrated now than Panarin with the way Dmen are ranked (combination of the best guys with a lengthy track record + the best of the recent performers).
