Dude, Dumba hasn't been a Norris caliber player since he tore his pectoral muscle 3 seasons ago.

The truth of the matter is that both players have about the same trade value right now. Which is basically nonexistent.

Besides the cap hit issue, BG and Co. also don't seem to be into the on-ice player and his propensity for injury. No need for that, especially with two more years at 6.65. They've had chances to acquire him in the past couple years and haven't.

I see the idea behind it (fresh starts), but MIN would be taking a much bigger risk here. Pass.

Dumba is overrated but could get something nice at the deadline, so that's what MIN should try first.
