Description
hurricane fans were made at in my last last slavn trade so i added a first round pick not too sure how good foligno is but i think a second is fair plus they just got reaves so there isnt room for a guy like foligno there and gudas is self explanatry. anderson is a monster he is a classic hockey player hes fast scores goals makes big hits and is from the toronto area doesnt get much better than that. detroit is rebuilding so they can use a few peaces while we get a good fourth line and crookshank looked good in the pre season for ottowa so trade for him

Very easy decline for the Devils. Wood is the better player and more importantly the better leader. He is the heart and soul of the team and he is going no where this season.

Continuing to post Slavin ACGM’s shows that you haven’t watched a hurricanes game.

There just isn’t a realistic Slavin trade that could be made that isn’t going to draw an unfair opposition from the other team. Would the Leafs trade Matthews for Slavin? I doubt it, and it wouldn’t be fair to suggest that from a Canes perspective.

i would do it defense wins championships if thats what it takes trade mnatthews for him and then trade for the canadian kid mcdavid to replace him

This isn’t a sincere response, because no team could build a package for McDavid. The only player close to him happens to be on the same team.

This is it. Nobody wins a Slavin trade. Like, the Canes don't need Nylander...it's digging a giant hole to fill a non-existent hole. For the Leafs, dear lord...that forward group is far worse than it currently is.

Matthews is a 200ft player and he's been back checking more than ever now with the injuries to the D-core. That's the kind of defence that helps to win championships. Bringing in a McDavid+Slavin is not going to do what you think it will if the rest of the team isn't playing like they are now.
