Canucks will be looking for picks if Boeser is a draft day deal vs cap coming back. Dvorak and a pick could make more sense for Van.

Something around Dvorak & LAK 2023 2nd round pick ?

I would be happy with that. Other fans may not be. But I don't want anymore games of Sheldon Dries at 3C and there is no one else in the center prospect pool coming. Dries, Aman, Lazar and a bunch of AHL quality players. They need center help. I would do this today lol

I'd do that for Boeser, although I would look for someone younger than Dvorak

Canucks management have specified 25 and under for any trades (such as Boeser)

Keep Montembeault and the 5th. Walker for Edmundson straight up is fair, and the 2nd is reasonable for the retained salary.

Why should the Canucks acquire a win now 3C? Better to rebuild and draft centermen.

I'd imagine the Canucks would be looking for prospects and picks, or young ELC type guys

I don’t think how Boeser is playing right now you could get a solid prospect on his ELC with top 4 / top 6 potential when Boeser makes over 6M … that’s my opinion tho

Then why should they trade him? Boeser has 3 years left on his contract. There is no rush to trade him when his value is at an all time low

No matter how many times MTL fans post it COL isn’t trading their 23 1st for rental, especially one that isn’t a stylistic fit or that hasn’t even scored more than 30pts in a season sun 19-20. It’s so unrealistic to think COL does it when they have traded one 1st rd pick in a decade and that was for an absolute necessity for a starting goalie. COL needs one thing more than anything else, to get healthy.

For players that can help the team now, for exemple Anderson or Dvorak

It is abundantly obvious that our core is not good enough to win now. Plus, Boeser is better than both Anderson and Dvorak meaning any trade involving them would actually make our team worse anyways

Value maybe the Avs accept, stylistically SM isn't a fit so the Avs say no.

Dvorak & Anderson would never get healthy scratch tho …
I do agree Boeser have more talent, but Anderson has more heart and sandpaper than Boeser and Dvorak is just a good overall player (playing with bad wingers in MTL)

You’re right. Otherwise Boeser wouldn’t have been able to score the game tying goal
