Agreed - giving up no one of real value for Chychrun and Crouse. Don't think that trade gets you Crouse let alone Chychrun.

You'll have to send something of value to NSH before we'd consider trading Jeannot.

What don't Leaf fans understand? Chychrun is not needed. Leafs have good LHD now. Holl is playing excellent now and needed on the right side.
By making this trades, you've guaranteed that the Leafs don't have cap for Bunting next season.....and I'll Bunting over Crouse.
Jeannot, Crouse and Chychrun for Kerfoot, Engvall, Robertson and Holl. Yeah, the Leaf might be better this year with Crouse, but not be that much Then to trade away three top picks, cost controlled Robertson (and Bunting).....Not worth for the Leafs next season.

The only thing questionable about Jeannot is “How many orders of magnitude better than Kerfoot is he?”

Third line wingers on a non playoff team aren't that good. Jeannot has come back to his reality after his good season last year. Keep him. If the Leafs need a"Jeannot', they can go to the Marlies and get Simmons or Clifford.

Crouse is such an overrated player, he's not even worth 4 million let alone all the assets you guys want for him. He's equal to Nick Ritchie on his own team and we all know how well they fit on a good team. And the Leafs absolutely have no use for another LD.
