Gallant isn't working. This team has no motivation and no structure and its clear this team is falling apart.

Options

Andrew Brunette: Currently an assistant coach for NJ and FL played great under him last year and has struggled under a new style. He coaches a fast high scoring style that would be perfect for the Rangers because Igor plays well facing more shots and the Rangers have all the tools to be high flying. My top choice

Bary Trotz: Don't get me wrong, great coach, but he's an awful fit for the rangers. His low shot number and offense wouldn't work for this team especially when they can't finish with Gallant now. Great Coach, bad fit.

Rikard Gronborg: Definitely a risk but he is currently coaching the ZSC lions and I would love to at least give him a shot for a year or just half a year. He prides himself on combining the NHL and European styles of play and believes in developing young players and building their confidence. Honestly I'd absolutely love this but no way the Rangers do it which is sad.

Kris Knoblauch: Already in the org and could be a good interim option, I say give him a shot in that position at the very least and see how he does.

Rick Tocchet: Another option I think could work. While not at the top of my list I still think he could work and would be an improvement over Gallant.

Any other suggestions?
