It seem to be a Flyer tradition in recent years.....big egos from the GMs. The Flyers for years have had a cliche of bum boys in the executive room who have contributed nothing to the team.

Just to add, the Flyers have some bad long term contracts which they can't get rid of. It will awhile to get rid of those, so they will be depending on ELCs to play above their contracts
