Myers is awful and Crouse just signed an extension.

I think I would rather have Neiderrieter (Nashville) as the new LW and Acciari (St Louis) as the 4th C. On defense I am not sure who I would try for. Good, skating, defensively responsible, 6'3" or larger, with no need for offensive skill at all.

AZ probably doesn't trade Crouse given they just extended him but regardless he is making too much money for a team like the leafs and giving up two of their most promising young players makes no sense for a guy who won't move the needle.

Don't think the Hawks do this. Why? Blackwell at least is playing in the NHL and signed for an additive year. I get that neither player really moves the needle; in fact I prefer Guadette having watched both enough, but the reality is one is in the NHL and one is not and one is signed for an additive year and one is not.

i think the only reason why the leafs would ever want him is because hes that big that he will accidentally block shots or they might try to get him using his reach. idk maybe its a murray rype thing where they think he needs a fresh start. but i dont know if we should trade for him because he just seems like a taller justin holl imo

A taller worse defensive Holl who isn't at all more physical. The canucks should still have to pay to move Myers even at 50%

hes more physical than holl

Holl doesn’t take as many stupid chances and leave himself out of position. Tyler Myers was compared far too early on to Pronger and I think he bought that nonsense and ruined his career.

i also think if myers were to be moved or coached better he is a fixable player
