Kane, Klingberg, SWAYMAN, Vasilevskiy, Klingberg, and Kessel are some questionable ones that I picked up on right away. Not sure how these guys are disappointing.

Klingberg has absolutely been a disappointment so far.

Some teams were difficult for me to pick from, especially Vegas and Chicago.
Based off what expectation? I feel like you have him on your fantasy team or something lol.
Don't have a fantasy team. And it's based on the expectation of Anaheim signing a guy for 7m with the idea that he can get them a nice haul at the deadline. He hasn't lived up to all that so far.

Fair enough, I think Kane is doing fine considering the situation, Vasi has been bad so far but it's the entire team really (Vesi he had a sub .900 SV% last year through the 1st 5 games or so, now it's double the games but I think it's just all the hockey they played catching up).

The 7m is to convince him to come and give it a try, he's going to be 3.5mx1, he has no goals which is bad but any team looking for a PP QB and isn't wanting to pursue Karlsson, isn't going to mind acquiring him. Anaheim has the 6th lowest amount of GF and the 2nd worst powerplay, so it's no surprise that he's on pace for 38 pts, and has no goals.

I wasn't just referring to his offense. Actually, probably less about his offense than his defense. So many mistakes back there. Coughing up prime chances right and left.

Eh, but that's nothing new, should have been expected. If it wasn't they didn't do their homework well. I'm not sure who he's playing with but pretty sure Anaheim's best defensive D's were Lindholm and Manson, and so I'm guessing that whoever he's paired with isn't a defensive juggernaut themselves.

Mostly Kulikov, who has far better numbers in the minutes away from Kling. I'm sure some of it is just Anaheim in general, but I've seen him make a bunch of bad mistakes in games/highlights I watched.

Kulikov is pretty solid but yeah, guess he's not enough to carry Klingberg. Maybe he's making more mistakes than last year but on first instinct I would say it should have been expected. I hope he can turn it around though.

Yeah, he didn't used to be this rough in his own zone. He used to give the Blues fits all the time in Dallas. The last few years or so, he's lost a level or two.

Yeah, he's definitely lost a few levels over the past two years, I guess for anyone who was expecting him to return to form this season would be disappointed, I think though it's a bit early for Anaheim as an organization to be disappointed.

Kessel has 100% been a disappointment. His pro when he was on Arizona was he potted 50 assists. He has been the weakest link on a line of Amadio-Howden-Kessel. If it wasn't for his iron man streak he probably would have been healthy scratched already.
Eh, I wouldn't jump to go after Mantha as it is. He's been stuck on the third line not through any fault of his own, but likely in order to bring offense to a line featuring Eller, and he's still had decent points totals despite having to play with the aforementioned offensive black hole. I'd have either Eller or McMichael here instead.

Kessel is declining, there's no two ways about it, but that's why he is being paid 1.5m or whatever.
He's on pace for 15 goals vs 8 last year and 20 assists vs 44 last year. If you expected him to replicate last year on Vegas playing in a smaller role and in more meaningful games then I guess you would be disappointed. Most Arizona players offensive numbers are inflated vs if they played for a contender because it's more pressure in the higher roles or they are playing a reduced role.
Ritchie dor example was tried on lines 2, 3, and 4 in Toronto if I'm not mistaken and he couldn't do anything anywhere, he goes to Arizona and he does so much better. He's still doing good and on their 3rd line too.
Severson has been pretty good this year so far, nothing disappointing about his play whatsoever.
If anything I'd go with Holtz for most disappointing from the Devils.
