Trade 1: A no imo. Makes the Jets worse right now and possibly in the future, that probably late Panthers 1rd pick might not end up surpassing Lucius.

Trade 2: Also a no imo. You're giving up a big part of the near future. And the D-core is somewhat gutted aswell, so the Jets would probably not get better from this, even though Karlsson is playing amazing again this year. And I really don't understand this Wheeler hate train that still seems to chug along. He actually is quite good still.

Trade 3: Not a big fan of this either. I believe Chychrun is a tad over hyped, and Perfetti is playing very well and should have a Brighton future.

Summary: I would not want to see these trades go down, it would change the entire complexion of the roster, and there isn't really a need for that right now as the Jets is playing really well. I would however be all for aquiring Meier if it were possible.

If you’re a Habs fan and want to wait and see that is fine with me because I don’t think the Habs come to the table with a big UFA offer so the Jets could keep him in that scenario.

Anderson has a partial ntc and the Jets are for sure on it so he can’t be traded here and even if he could, the contract is bad for a .5 ppg winger that is in his decline signed for 5 more years. Jets should have no interest either way.

Dvorak is owed more money that his caphit the next 2 years which is the opposite of what would be attractive to the jets. He’s never played more than 80 games in any season of his career and is a good 3rd line c but we already have Lowry there and he is too expensive for the 4th line and not good enough for the 2nd line. If he was you wouldn’t need nor want pld.

Asking for a player drafted in the mid first round on top of pld is insanity and there is zero percent chance the jets would entertain it. A first is a first but you’d be better off saying floridas first for pld. Add in a prospect that we like and do something like that. Anderson and Dvorak are nonstarters
