Neither Motte nor Nyquist is worth a 3rd. Motte was an unsigned UFA going into October. Nyquist was available during the summer and no one wanted him. Not worth it.

A total look at the roster? It's taken several steps backwards. The defense is MUCH worse than it is now, the top six isn't any better. You've got a winger playing C. Nylander has been a downgrade on Necas. This is BRUTAL.

Lol Timo is absolutely and upgrade offensively over teravainen. 0 goals in 14 games. Timo has 7 goals and 14 points in 16 games and is on another 35 goal pace even with not scoring in the first 9 games of the season. This comment has to be a joke right?

Nope. Teuvo isn't a goal scorer. He's also off to an incredibly slow start. Teuvo scores 20 goals a year and has a career point average close enough to Meier's CAREER HIGH. Meier is incredibly overrated like he's better than he is. The most common argument is that "Meier plays on a worse team". I'm sure that's the same lazy comment you'd make too because you've half-heartedly done your research. Teuvo is FAR FAR better defensively than Meier, he's much better on the puck. Teuvo's issue is that he's got a lethal shot and refuses to use it. He's still a 70+ point guy.
