Ritchie is super slow and a -8. Crouse is a -3. Both aren’t amazing skaters but crouse is a way better skater with a solid two way game. And he signed long term. He’s their next captain if he doesn’t get traded imo. You need to watch him more cuz he’s way better than u think.

Crouse is a way better two way forward and Arizona’s top penalty killer. Ritchie is a bottom six grinder, valuable when he’s on but nothing more.

We see how much teams value big forwards at the deadline, especially those with grit, physicality and two way ability. If he were made available, he would easily fetch a first round pick no problem
