I don't think there's enough value to get Dubois at the beginning of the season, but maybe at the TDL. Dvorak will only have two years left next season and as an overpaid bottom sixer doesn't carry much value and 2nds are 2nds.

But if you did trade for Dubois why would you want to tick him off by insulting him with an extreme lowball long term offer?

You are deflecting from the fact the value of the pieces in the trade are so out of balance that it doesn’t matter if FLA drops cap, it just doesn’t matter.

Too much for Dubois, he's viewed as a rental by all teams. He'll go for a 1st at TDL, maybe the Habs trade for him so they don't have to wait free agency.
