That may be a good trade for Buffalo but not for LA. LA would rather trade multiple assets to upgrade. This is the opposite.

I would take durzi at that price, it's hard to find depth right shot d, I'd do that. The Sabres forwards don't hit much, if at all. I'm sure somebody would say that you don't have to hit to win, I'm of the opinion that you should be finishing your checks at least SOME of the time. Adding Clifford for 7 minutes a night, when he dresses, likely doesn't change much, but the price is right. We have a numbers crunch on the wing as it is, I'm ok with that, I would take him and understand he's not dressing every night. Monahan adds nothing, I'd stay away from him, certainly not paying anything for him.

LA isn't interested in a Durzi for player+ trade. They want to make a Durzi+ for player trade.
