This, completely. I think you have to pay to dump Armia as long as he has more than 1 year left on his deal, regardless of whether you retain him down or not. You've got the cap space to just carry him as a healthy scratch with this team, so just do that until you can find someone willing to take him off your hand for FC. Who knows, with the expected jump in the cap in 24-25, you might even be able to get a little something for the last year of his deal at that point.

would be pumped see a monahan resurgence but i doubt he's going to command that amount on his next contract. Ideally he continues playing like he has to start this season and we can get him in the 4-5 mil range, he still has a rocky injury history and full season of health wont change that.
