And hard to say, depends what the Caps are after. Frankly on paper that team is already pretty good as it is, the problem is that they simply can't perform at the rate they need.

The system/scheme we play doesn’t really fit the roster we have due to injury’s but with AJF and Leason gone we need solid nhl ready depth that is young. And I apologize. My bad. Dump in Chase isn’t working because Wilson brown and Hagelin are out. Oshie is slower so he isn’t affective on that anymore.

Yes you do, you just have zero patience which is par for the course for you.

And on the bright side even if you miss out from the playoffs, you'll get a solid prospect since this year's draft is so good.

This is far from the worst year for tanking.

We are the oldest team in the league and we keep getting older. Are whole core is above 30. We don’t have time to waste. We need to contend.

Honestly with the core they have, they won't contend anymore. I think their time is up. They need a new core. Something this older core can back up. Similar to how Seguin and Benn are backing up the likes of Robo and Hintz, WSH needs Robo and Hintz of their own. And unfortunately, young players like that are virtually only accessible by drafting.

Just for now really. I really like the Sabres though I think Kevyn Adams has killed it as GM. I expect them to fall back down to earth but I think there a Bubble team or close to it at least.


Yea you can consistently outscore teams by 3 and let them take 45 shots a game.

Nucks trading him / keeping him was definitely a matter of debate, but regardless it's an absolutely brutal start for someone you've just giving a ton of money to.

Personally I try not to think about that game nor the 4-3 loss to the Flames. I'm exhausted with this team refusing to start games on time only to make things interesting in the back 10 minutes. Go figure they got goalied too.

Sabres look good this year. I don't want to pencil them I for playoffs until they do something about that goaltending though.

Goaltending is the only reason we won the last 2 games and it's because Comrie has looked amazing. But we will see if he is able to be consistent or if he just had 2 insane games vs EDM and CGY back to back.
