“ Addiction to gambling is linked to a range of serious personal and social harms such as depression and suicide, bankruptcy, family breakup, domestic abuse, assault, fraud, theft, and even homelessness. These effects can be devastating to the individual as well as their friends, family, workplace or community.
Counseling is the first step to regaining control of the problems that gambling has caused, and is the best way to find a long-term solution. Free treatment, including counseling, is available to anyone affected by gambling, including family members.”
Never get into sports betting expecting to see money back. If you can’t accept that term, even if it’s 2$. If your initial reaction is; well I’ll just deposit 2$ more and start again.
Don’t. Set rules and limits that are strict. If you can’t control yourself by setting and following your own rules, you have become a potential risk. More than a risk to the money but to yourself and those around you.
Let’s have fun, responsibly.
