If Goligoski is willing to be moved, and if a third team can eat half his deal, I think the Canes might do that.

Why exactly would Vancouver do that deal?

You can’t honestly think Van would consider that do you?

Garland alone is worth more than that. 2 busts and a mediocre prospect. 🙄

He won't. He has a full nmc , and Minnesota born player. This user just like to post bait or stuff that makes no sense

Things change. Matt Duche was a boyhood Colorado Avalanche fan that told his boyhood idol he wanted to be traded. I'm not saying this is the same situation, but being traded from your home town team to one of the best teams in the NHL isn't a fate a lot of players would mind. Especially if it helped a cap strapped Minnesota team. There's an argument for and against it and really only Goligoski can tell you what he wants to do.

Dude he never lived anywhere but Minnesota his whole playing career. He ask for a nmc for a reason. Guerin isn't trading his son's godfather. But besides this, Guerin loves him and isn't making Minnesota d worse. A Minnesota born player who has his whole family here year round

That's cool and all, but Minny are pressed against the cap, Goligoski is an aging player, the team would be going to is in a better place to contend for the cup than Minnesota are right now. Guerin can love him all he wants, hockey is a business at the end of the day. Family ties and friendships are great, but his job isn't to be a good friend, it's to be a good GM. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying it's likely, but you're saying it's definitively not happening, which unless you're Goligoski, you do not know for sure.

Might want to look into him. Might want to look into marc Andre Fleury . It's 100 percent when it comes to Guerin and his former teammates. Also , a Minnesota born player in alex who never once moved from Minnesota during his playing career didn't resign a two year contract to waive his nmc

Vancouver trade is laughable. Also, no way Boldy signs that bridge deal

First trade is awful for Vancouver, second trade is awful for Minnesota

Also, Khusnutdinov's KHL deal expires after their 2023-24 season and Boldy won't sign that
