Jonathan Quick is getting older on a bad contract. His cap can get dumped to LA with a price of a 1st rounder. In exchange Toronto will give Matt Murray as a replacement. We can throw in Kerfoot to balance the trade.

If Ana's 1st round pick was 20+ OA then maybe, but it's likely a top 10 pick. You'd have to convince me that Robertson and Sandin are going to have a better impact on the team than the guy we would draft at 10th and our current crop of LD prospects/young players.

Roy didn’t have a bad season. He was a +19 on a +3 differential team and he had 21 points while not playing with Doughty whatsoever . Pretty good for a 7th rounder actually

Counter proposal of Auston Matthews and a 1st for Sean Walker.

Matthews' contract is preventing Toronto from making necessary improvements to the team, so they should pay a 1st to get rid of him.

Oh you're definitely wrong. I think ARI is the only team that doesn't hang up on you, not that they'd accept that proposal as it presents necessarily but they won't immediately hang up.
