Nowhere close to being enough for Hintz

Arizona and Dallas pass big time, Not even close for either Chychrun or Hintz.

Chicago should accept, Lysell alone is a very good piece for Patrick Kane.

the problem with this is that you have to -have- prospects people want if you're going to sell the farm for win-now players.

-This is basically Chych for Boston's 1st, 3rd, 4th, & 7th rounders, plus a 33-year-old middle-6 winger on an expiring deal, a 27 year old bottom-pair D on an expiring deal, and a 24-year old forward who hasn't established himself at the NHL level yet. This might be one of the easiest passes I've seen on a Chych trade on this site.

-This at least comes back towards reality - Lysell & 2 1sts is probably enough for Kane. You can probably just throw in Zboril and/or that 3rd to get Chicago to retain down on Kane's deal, and then you won't have to add random extra parts in here like Mike Rielly to make it more cap-neutral.

-Well, I guess since you emptied the cupboards on the first two deals, there's nothing left. Hintz put up 37 goals last year and is a shade under a point per game player over the past 2 seasons. You're offering, let's see...a 3rd, a pair of 5ths, a 31 year old bottom-6 forward on an expiring deal, an undrafted free agent with 12 professional games under his belt to date, and an undersized LD who's only managed 9 NHL games through his age-25 season. In other words, literally a pile of nothing for Hintz. Possibly one of the worst deals I've seen around these parts, and that's saying something.
