Seriously? I would in a heartbeat. Your trading away a bottom-6 center for a middle-6, 15-goal winger. Not saying it's a lopsided deal or anything, but give me the more proven commodity over the guy that can't seem to crack the NHL roster full-time in the 4 years since he's been drafted

What??? I was team Val til the very end. Just cuz a team makes a poor decision that doesn’t mean all the fans felt that way. You’ve either got me mistaken for somebody else or are making a foolish assumption. Either way I do see the similarities in the players. What I don’t see is a position for Pulju to succeed in Dallas. He’s a strong possession player that requires talented line mates to be productive. We have too many passengers already and need guys that can drive their own line. So yes I’d rather keep the cheaper young guy that can likely succeed in a middle six role regardless of usage

Like I said in my response to the other person, Pulju is a strong possession player that relies heavily on line mates to be productive. And even then he can disappear for stretches. Pavelski is sitting in the spot I’d want for Pulju and Pulju isn’t good enough to kick him out of it. We also don’t have the cap space. If we did I’d prolly be more willing to bet on Pulju over Delly. But as it stands I’d like to keep the cap space and see what Delly can do
