Their defense is horrendous. Carlson is a turnstile, Orlov is solid, and then its question marks after that. Kuznetsov has had three straight mediocre years, and dylan strome isn’t exactly proven. Those are your top two centers. The goalie is okay.

That’s a recipe for that team to be horrible.

Probs switch them to third or heck could see them in 4th as they lost a good chunk of depth and no guarantee Bob stays consistent.

As in general they are one injury away from Ekblad or Barkov from potentially missing the playoffs

Minus ekblad they have at least 3 soild defencemen, the bottom defencemen look very questionable. But yeah they are not finishing first, it’s probably gonna be Toronto or Tampa imo

They really dont got anyone, Forsling is the only guy I would call good in that picture. Montour and Gudas were protected by having Weegar and Ekblad eating up a lot of minutes.

Take away Ekblad and that Dcore is not good period and will be exposed

Guaranteed none of Montour, Forsling, or Gudas will do an ideal job filling in. At least when Weegar was around he picked up the slack. But with him in Calgary if Ekblad is gone Florida's Dcore will go from meh to bad.
