The difference between Holl and Soucy isn't Sandin +3rd. Way too much. Just keep Holl.

Avs don't want Kerfoot unless it's 50% retained and he costs nothing to acquire. So not happening.

Avs have $3.8m capspace with a 21 man roster currently.

Adding Kerfoot at $2.5m would eat into that space which is needed to cover bonuses. Kinda tempting though.
