I think Pittsburgh is a better team with an Anderson for Zucker but they give up too much here.

Andreson in seven seasons has only played more than 70 games twice. He's signed for FIVE more years at $5.5M. This is a bad investment.

Absolutely awful trade for the Pens

Value wise it's an overpayment by the Pens, need wise it does not contain much the Habs are looking for. We need top 4 PMD RHD prospects or young players (under 25) or a potential starting goalie or a truly elite C (providing Dach doesn't break out and become a good 2C). We don't need more LHD prospects (Joseph) or Winger prospects (Legare) or NHL middle 6 wingers (Zucker)

Anderson is better than Zucker but is not worth that much. Joseph will be the Pens No. 1 d-man in the future IMO. They won’t trade him. The second round pick i has no reason to be on their and Légaré is a solid prospect with some value IMO.
